A hearty welcome! We are members of the Pets & Animals community here at Fortune City and we are listed in the Home Front category. This then is our very own domain reserved exclusively for canines. Just like us dogs, the humans belonging to our packs are just as friendly, and just as protective.

We invite you to join us, but you must include your humans as well (they provide an invaluable service to us besides filling our chow-bowls...they can type better than dogs...we've tried typing these pages on our own which proved virtually impossible using our un-dexterous paws. All dog/human families are welcome...see the list down the right hand side of this page for members of the canine persuasion eligible to join. If you build your doghouse here be sure to let us know, and don't forget to bring along the dog food, vanity dogbowls, comfy pillows, toys, tv (yes, we do watch and listen to the tv, just put on a nature show for us), cookies and other treats. There is lots of room to roam off the leash with strategically placed hydrants and watering holes/puddles. We also welcome our visiting friends, birds on the shoulder or in the cage, hammies, rats and mice, cats, chameleons, even elephants (pink or otherwise) - no fear...guaranteed safe (in our community the wolf sleeps with the jackal).

Join a variety of topics on our forum discussion board, in our chat room, sign our guestbook or take our polls. No community is complete without a broadcaster...why not load our portable radio station, Radio FCR and take it with you as you surf.

You can call for help on the discussion board or send us an email. The Cocker Spaniel pictured above is Samson, our mascot for August. Click on the photo to visit his domain. Every month a new canine will greet you and will be linked to his/her domain as our featured site of the month, so let us know about your favorite canines, whether indoor or outdoor, wild or domesticated, guard or guide, hunter or couch potato, from the frozen north country, the African plains or from the Aussie outback. Please make sure if you send us a photo that it is sized about 100 to 150 pixels square and in jpg or gif format. We hope you enjoy your visit and if you choose Fortune City as your site residence that you'll join us and build your own doghouse here.
